To be more specific, I miss being able to eat a large quantity of good food without worrying about the caloric intake. It takes a 3mi run to burn a bag of Taki or a roll of spicy crunchy tuna roll. I miss being able to just eat a burger, some cheese fries, down a bottle of coke, then a bag of chips and may be a slice of cake after. A peanut butter and jelly toast is now an occasional treat.
I’ve reached the 2 years mark of maintaining my current (and goal) weight. I know some people on here have experienced regaining the weight they’ve lost after a few years. Outside of illnesses or extraordinary life circumstances, what caused you to regain the weight, fall back to old habits or lose motivation? Just need some help to keep the momentum going.
