I have a roll of paper towel on my kitchen counter with the exact number of sheets that is equal to the number of pounds I want to lose. I pull off a sheet for every pound lost. I am about half way to my goal and that @#$%&** paper towel roll still looks the exact same and so do I – especially my belly, back and arm fat.
I know that my sizes haven't changed much by how my old clothing fits/doesn't fit. I can squeeze in to some smaller jeans but only because there is a giant fat spill over the top of the jeans.
At what point in your journey did you see change? Did you have to get close to the end of your journey before you noticed dramatic changes?
