I'm usually fine throughout the day for hunger but there are some nights where all I think about is food. Before, I used vaping with nicotine as a way to combat the intense hunger feelings. That option is out the door now because I am starting to workout again. I was too dependant on nicotine and I literally could not breath when I was doing cardio. How should I approach fighting the late night hunger? How do you guys do it?
