I'm going to tag this as NSFW, just to be on the safe side, but ever since I started cutting my calories / eating less, I dont poop nearly as often. I don't know if this is even normal, but I can go 2-3 days w/o having to go. I don't think it was like this the last time I cut calories and was losing weight, but that was 4 years ago now so I might just not remember. Has anyone else had this problem? Like is this normal or should I look into switching something up with my diet?
