That's it. I'm about 5'9.5, and my high weight was 233.2 in February, and today I was 172.4. So far the only unpleasant change has been that my bellybutton looks a little lopsided, but that's better than I really could've hoped for considering how much I've lost. I still want to lose more so that I'm firmly in the healthy range, but I'm basically one trip to the bathroom from a BMI under 25. I still don't feel comfortable in my skin, and I still see the fat girl in the mirror. I'm hoping it gets better with time- does it?
