Shipping Policy


All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the United States such as UPS and USPS for no additional charge.

All orders placed before 2:00 pm est are processed same day and orders after 2:00pm est are processed next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders are shipped USPS or UPS in 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders ship free. Please review and for more information.

Depending on volume it can take up to 3 days for your order to process.

After processing your order, shipping takes around 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at its final destination.

To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through the shipping process.

If you received a tracking number via email, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your tracking information changes from “On Its Way” to “In Transit”, it only takes about 2-8 business days to arrive.

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at [email protected].

Lost/ Damage Package: If your order is lost, stolen or damaged please contact our customer service by email [email protected] and we will be happy to help resolve the situation as soon as possible.

We accept returns when items are damaged and/or defective. All other sales are final. We are a seasonal business, due to this fact we do not have the capacity for returns & exchanges

Holiday Shipping: Most orders for the contiguous U.S. are received within 8 business days or less. However, with the holiday season some delays may occur due to high volume of orders, weather conditions, etc. We apologize in advance if your order falls in this category, however transportation is what causes delays.
