I posted short while ago about not losing any weight since a sickness bug

I took on the advice and I’ve lost 11lb since!

I weighed myself multiple times over a few days and found my flooring wasn’t helping get an accurate weight, I also found if I needed a wee or had drunk lots I was heavier.

If I weigh myself an hour after I’ve woke before food and drink it’s most accurate!

I’m now 2 stone 5 off my goal
