I guess this is my last post in this subreddit.
It's been about ~18 months since I started dieting for real. My whole life I was fat even though I always did sports (and even was competitive/high level in some), I've learned that for sure you can't out train a bad diet.
When I started 18/19 months ago I was over 120kg (highest I've ever seen on a scale was 125kg/270lbs, but I easily could have weighted more than that) and I'm 173cm/ 5ft8ish tall.
I lost ~40 kg in the first 12 months, and spent the last 6/7 months focusing on that last bit of fat remaining I only lost about 1kg a month for that period. I've slowly started eating more and more calories and getting closer to my maintenance level. Yesterday I weighed in 78kg/171lbs.
I gotta say I'm happy the way I look, I'm way healthier physically and mentally, my lifestyle makes me happy, and I'm done with fat loss for the moment 🙂
