Hello! I'm extremely happy to say I'm 180 lbs down from 265 where I was a year ago! It started as a need to save money, so I started cutting out all fast food, and most sugary drinks or snacks. I ate a ton of rice and eggs during that time. After a few weeks I noticed weight starting to come off. I started shooting for 1200-1600 calories as I wanted this trend to continue.
My relationship with my weight was never good. I was 205 in highschool, dropped to 165, my senior year, and from there I've gained 100lbs over the past 11 years. But I'm determined to hit 165 again by the time I turn 30 (currently 29).
This is the first time I've ever looked at my before and after. I'm absolutely floored.
