I've noticed as soon as I get home from work, I immediately want to snack on something, which often leads to me going overboard. I noticed if I change my pattern and don't grab a snack, then I usually have no interest in snacking and often don't want as much for dinner, if I want anything at all. So I'm starting to try little things to replace the 'walk in door after work and start eating behavior. So far, I'm trying yoga and reading, but want to do what's consistently the easiest. I also have a highly active job that mostly stays on the go. It just got me interested to hear what other people's favorite things are for right after they get home from work that keep them from grabbing something to snack on or just replace their old triggers?
