20m here ,I lost about 40 + kilos when i was 14 and put on quite a bit of muscle after that , i started getting alot of compliments and attention from girls and alot of guys started asking for advice , im muscular but not very lean i store most my fat in my legs and butt area , and i still get moments where i get called fat by ignorant people and its just so triggering to be called fat after youve worked so hard to get into shape , i fluctuate between 15 and 17% bodyfat which is a healthy range for men , like just because im not 10% bodyfat and shredded doesnt mean im fat , i feel like social media warped some people's perceptions of what a good healthy physique should look like
